TSA Airport Screener Steals Over $200,000 in Gadgets
Transportation Security Administration baggage screener Pythias Brown is the reason you hate flying with expensive gear in your bag, especially if you ever flew out of Newark airport. Over the last few years, he stole at least $200,000 worth of electronics. Not just a camcorder here, a laptop there, or an Xbox 360 or two, either.

I wonder how he paid for that bike?

That part made me lol hard.

Thank god for stolen laptops or the ***** probably wouldn’t have been able to make those profiles.

I don’t deny there is a terrorist threat that we have to deal with day to day. But when I fly, I’m more concerned about dealing with another ***** TSA agent that getting bombed while flying. TSA agents should NEVER be allowed to go though any one’s bag without the person present. ***** like this is why. The TSA has done more ***** to make a joke of itself than to protect anyone.

I deny that there is a terrorist threat. Lyme disease is a bigger threat.

Will all these ebay buyers be contacted as recipients of stolen goods?
10.24.2008
If it was listed as “grey-market” they should. I always apply the logic if I don’t trust someone enough to sell me food that won’t harm me, I won’t purchase goods from them.

TSA can’t protect the world from their own damn employees, why should we have confidence in them at all?
10.24.2008
If you could steal something, that you’d most certainly get away with, and fence it for three months salary, would you do it?
10.24.2008
No.
10.24.2008
Now, no. When I was younger, honestly, I know I’d have been at least tempted to. Deal with enough arrogant rich people when you’re poor and the idea of stealing from them becomes seemingly more justified every day. I’d like to think I wouldn’t have in his position and age. Honestly though, I really don’t know. Well, at least I can say I wouldn’t have to the extent he did.

Yep. That’s why restaurant employees, especially cooks, steal all the time. When it’s the only way you can take revenge on the scumbags who are using you like an animal, it’s a rush…plus it’s pretty tempting, to snag free filet mignon from some fat ***** who doesn’t know how to do anything except yell at people and grope college girls while they wait tables for him.
10.24.2008
No, I was raised better.
10.24.2008
No. And I just shoplifted a bunch of powerbars out of boredom. I’m not a goody two shoes, but *****, if you’re hired to uphold the safety of people, on a plane…I mean, do you need a reminder of what can happen if we didn’t have this security? If you take a job like that and abuse it to your own personal gain? Hell, you’re the type of a person the the rest of us scrap off our shoes.
10.24.2008
I wouldn’t. That ***** isn’t right. And besides, karma.
10.24.2008
You’ve got karma all wrong dude. Karma is a direct result of your actions, I.E. you don’t study for a test, so you fail it. So yeah, maybe if you steal something karma will get you, but it’ll be in the form of the police catching you and arresting you, not somebody stealing something from you or whatever

Only $200,000 worth? That’s probably not even enough to get the union to admit you should be fired.
