Interesting. Based on this news one must "SEO" their articles in order to get favorable rankings for the news. Backlinks to specific articles matter. I suppose that isn’t really surprising news to anyone in the SEO biz though.

I use digg instead. I used to read the google news until I found digg. Not sure why, digg just has me on a hook, like engadget did when it was better.
