At least I wont have to open up safari and go to m.digg.com anymore.
10.13.2009
Lets hope there’s an Andriod app as well
10.13.2009
Can’t wait to play with it on my iPhone
10.13.2009
it’d be hilarious if this story got buried.
10.13.2009
I can’t imagine there will be a charge. Having the app will act as promotional tool to use Digg, and to potentially attract more users/further engage current ones. That is my opinon.
10.13.2009
about damn time.. I can finally leave this moldy dungeon
10.13.2009
Now I can troll from the bus. Thank God Apple invented the mobile phone.
10.13.2009
Actually, I got to test this app out. It turns out that it’s just the reddit iphone app, but it only shows stories from two days ago.
10.13.2009
As Charun said, he already said it over a month ago and it has been mentioned in dozens of blogs and at least 2 podcasts. Now we have confirmation from Kevin that confirms that what Kevin said over a month ago is confirmed.
10.13.2009
Shovel’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t mind an app I can comment in.
10.13.2009
Wasn’t it confirmed in the last Digg Townhall?
10.13.2009
we want an android digg app too
10.13.2009
Thats it, I must have a iPhone.
10.13.2009
Never use it, since it only show you, what? 5? comments.
10.13.2009
It’s about ***** time.
10.13.2009
Sure, but it will cost you $25
10.13.2009
I will put this as reason #493 on the lists of "Reasons to buy a iPhone".
10.13.2009
Dugg for Digg!
10.13.2009
Pre? Anyone?
10.13.2009
Your opinion is correct, sir.
10.13.2009
Nope
10.13.2009
Making a list? There’s an app for that.
10.13.2009
This was confirmed at the last Digg Townhall, and it will be free. This is not new.
10.13.2009
For Christ’s stakes, it’s AN iPhone.
10.13.2009
i come in as. m.digg.com
10.13.2009
And the comments are displayed by most dugg only. So usually the first comment is a witty retort with a lot of diggs and i feel left out.
10.13.2009
Or how about digg actual articles? Or a landscape mode for articles in app? But yeah, Shovel is alright.
10.13.2009
an*

It shows the top 5, but you can load more. I find it perfect for reading on the commute. I click "load more" until I’m not longer entertained, then onto the next story.
10.13.2009
i imagine they’ll be considering other platforms based on the success of this first iPhone ver.. hopefully if it goes well, it will be ported across to the likes of Android/BB/WinMo etc.
10.13.2009
I see what you did there…
10.13.2009
:]
10.13.2009
We need an Android app! I hope it comes out too!
10.13.2009
there’s an app for that

A lot of basic features you would expect in a phone is simply made complicated on an iPhone.Example 1) Setting a mp3 into a ringtone. Impossible, without a third party program cutting the clip into 30 seconds and then loading it onto the phone through iTunes.Example 2) Using the phone like a Flash Drive such as you could on a Blackberry / Android or other smartphones. Impossible, due to the fact that in order to transfer things on and off from the phone, you have to go through iTunes. There are some apps that allow you to transfer things on and off into the phone but then the usage of those files will be restricted in that app. This also means that when you are browsing the web, you will not be able to download it into your phone (unless it is through another app).Example 3) You are reading an eBook and you want to use the dictionary. Something as straight forward as this you’d think would be simple. But unfortunately, the iPhone doesn’t allow you to run multiple apps at once (or in the background, unless you jailbreak it) So in order to use it, you’d have to close your current app and then open the dictionary app. Then once you’re finished looking up the word in the dictionary, you have to close that app and reopen the eBook reader. You might not think of this as annoying now, here’s some more examples of the same thing. Oh I want to use MSN/Skype etc. for instant messaging and then it turns out the apps cannot run in the background, thus you have to keep it on in order to using it. WTF is this *****?! I mean some of the better IM apps have Push and you would get the notification of a message but it’s not quite the same as it just running in the background.Example 4) This one, does not relate to other phones. Skype the app on the iPhone. Technically, Skype can IM and be used to make calls to lan lines. When they first introduced the app, the calling part of it was disabled. After a while Apple allowed calling through WiFi only claiming "the quality of the call is maintained with WiFi" thus we will make it only work when WiFi is on. Well, that’s load of ***** since the jailbroken app VOIP3G enabled 3G Calling and it works fine. It’s ridiculous the amount of workarounds just to make it work the way it should of. Basically, if there was another smartphone with an interface as polished as the iPhone, I’d get it over this. Apple really tries to ***** over its own users.

View more than 5 comments? Post comments? Hopefully push notifications for articles that have hit more than 2000 diggs? The real reason why I want a digg iPhone app is because having digg on an RSS reader means I’m getting hundreds of articles per day filling up my inbox and an RSS reader is not up to the task in filtering all of that stuff out.One other thing is because digg is delayed in getting "breaking" information to the front page sometimes, I mostly only come here for the comments.
10.13.2009
Yeah, the problem is you can’t comment (it never works for me, even though the comment form is there), digg or bury comments, look at your own profile, or anything other than read stories.
10.13.2009
What i thought they already have an iPhone app.. im looking right at it on my home screen? I guess it’s just a 3rd party app by some other developer…
10.13.2009
The Rock, has come back tosorry, i had to do it
10.13.2009
@volcompimp we’ve had the Hero a couple of months in the UK. It’s a beaut.
10.13.2009
I hope not….I would have the app open ALL DAY LONG
10.13.2009
srsly, if everyone jail broke their phone and started making VOIP calls over 3G the cell network would effin collapse, it would be apocalyptic, US cell networks just aren’t up to snuff just yet.

If you are willing to buy a house, you will have to get the home loans. Furthermore, my sister usually takes a commercial loan, which seems to be the most rapid.
