Demonoid Rewrites Code, Comeback is Imminent
It’s been more than two months since the popular semi-private BitTorrent tracker Demonoid went offline due to hardware problems, but the site’s full return is now imminent. Demonoid’s tracker is already up and running again and according to an update from the site’s staff, the site will follow soon.

I’ve seriously missed demonoid, there’s just something different about the community there, people are actually helpful, and don’t have the typical internet attitude that ruins many sites. I mean, if you have trouble with a torrent, people are actually likely to help you solve your problem instead of just responding, "stfu n00b."

My lovely, sweet Demonoid.Since you’ve been gone, I have trouble sleeping at night. When you were around, I had absolutely no reason to worry about anything using that site, whether it be RIAA bots or fakes. I hate using other sites, as I don’t speak Russian or Spanish, and ***** who upload don’t make to mention it in the file notes. I’ve cleared some space out on a nice corner of my hard drive as I await your return. I miss you. And you’re like, the best for comics. I await your over-usage email, comcast.

say Whaaat? The new ratio system to be implemented there (where users are rewarded for -attempting- to seed to other people, rather than actual seeding) will be revolutionary. You’ll be able to download anything you want. Not that it is very maintain a ratio there once you get the ball rolling.
