BlackBerry fans know that the mobile phone handsets, as well as the new PlayBook are indeed solid pieces of equipment, where users often experience very little trouble. It now appears that RIM identified a problem-batch that was shipped to Staples.
According to information around 935 devices are affected and deemed to be faulty according to RIM. No information has been provided on what the exact faults are on these devices.
