Kingston recently announced its new Wi-Drive, which is a solid state drive that has been designed to provide users with an easy-to-use, wireless storage facility for use with smartphones and tablets.
According to Kingston, the new Wi-Drive consists of up to 4 hours of battery life and is capable of streaming multiple files and content to up to three tablets or mobile phones simultaneously. In order to make use of the Wi-Drive, users will require a specially designed application in order to take advantage of the streaming feature, currently available for iOS only.
The new Wi-Drive is the perfect solution for those with mobile device constantly running on low memory.
The Wi-Drive is currently available in a 16GB and 32GB version, which retails at $130 and $175, respectively.
