Sony seem to be quite keen on pushing against leaks and rumors getting out of the Sony offices, but despite this, they have definitely taken the biggest ‘leak attack’ this year with their upcoming Sony Sirius device.

In fact, we seem to be hearing almost twice as much about new Sony devices as we are any other new devices this year, and this new leak should make Sony frown really hard, if they aren’t already.

That’s okay though, because it should make anyone interested in the Sony Sirius more than happy. This is because a video has been revealed that shows 12 minutes of the new Sony flagship device being used. This 12 minute video is unofficial and shows pretty much everything that is under the skin of the Sony Sirius, including various software features on the device from Smart Call Handling that lets owners answer a call by putting it up against their ear, to Glove Mode, a feature that allows easy operation with gloves on. The camera is shown to be able to record at 4K, just like previously rumored.

The Sony Sirius is shown to include a MicroSD card slot, a camera shutter button, and a magnetic charging port. As expected, it’s overall design is very similar to other Sony flagships.

On top of this video leak, @evleaks has leaked something quite unexpected. According to the renowned tipster, there will be a Xperia Z2 tablet on the table pretty soon, and the device will come with a 10.1 inch 1920×1080 Triluminos display as well as a Snapdragon 800 and 3GB of RAM.

Mobile World Congress is now only a week away, and I’m pretty excited to see what it will bring. Hopefully we’ll hear more about the Sony Sirius and the new Sony tablet at MWC next week.
