It has been reported that within a month, popular online game, CityVille has become the most popular Facebook application. The game, in fact, surpassed Zynga’s previous major hit, FarmVille in all respects.
According to statistics by AppData, CityVille currently has 16.8 million daily active users, compared to FarmVille’s 16.4 million. CityVille also beats FarmVille with its monthly user statistics.
Zynga also holds two more places in the top 5 with FrontierVille and Texas HoldEm Poker. In total, Zynga has a massive user base of more than 184 million active users across four games.
It is clear that game maker, Zynga knows what they are doing when it comes to entertaining online users!
