Even if you are shooting 4K images, the new Sony PXW-Z100 will provide very high sensitivity due to its back-illuminated CMOS sensor (Exmor® R) and will capture with its 1/2-3-inch sensor 4K images at 50p or 60p with more than 8.8 million effective pixels. If you have a 4K-compatible Sony BRAVIA TV, you can output 4K as a 50fps/60fps signal with this new camcorder via HDMI port.
Sony PXW-Z100 has multiple features of modern high-end device, including possibility to control settings like focus, zoom, aperture and “record start/stop” remotely with just using the browser function of a tablet PC or smartphone.
